Chock full of stories

January 17, 2017 - Chuck Hunt
This current week’s issue of the Faribault County Register (Jan. 16, 2017) is one you should not miss. It is so chock-full of news and features stories that you will find something interesting to read on about every single page. I urge you to check it out. There are stories about little Rosie Evenson and her family, the Chamber of Commerce’s honored businesses of Blue Earth Monument and Cedar Inn, the history of Beyers Football Field, the sale of a local law firm, caps being made for newborns at UHD and former Buccaneer Jonah Pirsig playing in one more big game and eyeing a chance to play in the NFL. If that is not enough, you can read about two recent local weddings and one from 1946 in our bridal section. The story of Ernie and Gladys Frette is one of love at first sight – at least for her. Of course, there are the regular news and sports stories in the newspaper as well. Sure, you can read some of these stories on our website, but to get the full coverage, pick up a copy today, unless, of course, you already subscribe. Which, of course we hope you do.
