5. Approved an SSTS loan of $6,171.58 to Dean and Nancy Lloyd and Lori Lloyd on Parcel No. 07.026.0400 in Elmore Township.
6. Accepted low quote for deicing salt from Independent Salt of Kanopolis, Kansas at $69.45 per ton for a total of $27,780. Two other quotes were received: $74.29 per ton from North American Salt, Inc. of Overland Park, Kansas and $87.75 per ton from Morton International, Inc. in Chicago Illinois.
7. Accepted bid received for gravel crushing from Knopik Crushing, Inc. of Inver Grove Heights, MN in the amount of $193,830. Five other bids were received: $194,000 from Johnson Crushing, Inc. of Clearwater, MN; $223,000 from Wm D.
