5. Approved a loan subordination agreement on the SSTS loan with Stacy Albers and Julie Albers.
6. Placed a moratorium on hourly bus rental and to take no new reservations until issues are worked out with the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

11. Approved following the Minnesota Department of Transportation’s guidelines for memorial markers as stated in Maintenance Bulletin No. 04-2 dated June 9, 2004.
12. Approved purchase of forfeited tax lot 26.002.3800 in Frost for $100 by City of Frost.
13. Approved Resolution 09-CB-17 to enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota to provide public transportation service in Faribault County. Commissioners Erichsrud, Groskreutz, Loveall, Roper, and Warmka voted yes.
14. Motion to approve request from P. Siem to attend a three-day Minnesota Library Association conference in St. Cloud failed 3-2. Request was tabled until the next board meeting.
15. Approved payment of bills totaling $102,456.49.
