4. Approved an agreement between Faribault County and the South Central Minnesota Regional Radio Board and the State of Minnesota through its Commissioner of Transportation for the operation of subscriber radios on the Allied Radio Matrix for Emergency Response (ARMER) system.
5. Approved request of S. Robbins, J. Udermann, and S. Wiltse to attend a 4-day Minnesota Association of Assessing Officers conference in Bloomington and mileage for one person only.
6. Adopted Resolution 09-CB-19 authorizing general obligation waste disposal bonds of 2009. Commissioners Erichsrud, Groskreutz, Loveall, Roper, and Warmka voted yes.
