1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated June 6, 2007, executed by Ken W. Spellman and Kim S. 2. Elected Groskreutz chair and Erichsrud vice-chair for 2010.

3. Approved synopsis and official proceedings of December 15, 2009. Approved agenda of January 5, 2010.

4. Approved quote received from Alpha Wireless Radio for the participation plan in the amount of $30,000.

5. Approved payment of $43,799.69 to Alpha Wireless Radio for sixteen 800 megahertz radios with 80% of the cost to be refunded through the Public Safety Interoperable Communications grant.

6. Approved an SSTS loan to Bradley Stevermer of Easton on Parcel No. 01.024.0301 in Barber Township in the amount of $11,539.40.

7. Approved an SSTS loan to Eugene and Marilyn Stallkamp of Bricelyn on Parcel No. 09.019.0600 in Foster Township in the amount of $11,100.52.

8. Approved an SSTS loan to Paul and Rhoda Obermeyer of Wells on Parcel No. 09.036.0500 in Foster Township in the amount of $8,301.20.

9. Set the first and third Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. as regular board meeting dates for 2010.

14. Set per diems of $30 per day for lay committee members and set mileage reimbursement at IRS rate for employees with the recommendation that the county vehicle is to be used as often as possible.

15. Appointed individual commissioners to certain committees for the year 2010.

16. Appointed entire board to various committees for 2010.

17. Approved Resolution 10-CB-02setting minimum salaries for elected administrative offices. Commissioners Erichsrud, Groskreutz, Loveall, Roper, and Warmka voted yes.

18. Appointed Faribault County Register as the official county newspaper for 2010 at $1.95 per column inch.

19. Approved supporting the American Legion Community Covenant Program in Faribault County.

20. Approved payment bills totaling $252,830.43, which includes the bills paid in the last week of December 2009.

Discussion was held concerning the following:

1. M. Gormley and T. Campbell met regarding sheriff business.

2. L. Krosch met regarding treasurer business.

3. J. McDonald met regarding public works business.

4. Gary Agren and Don Amundson met to discuss the American Legion Community Covenant.

Notice is also given that the Registrar has informally appointed Debra Mensing and Terry Bell whose addresses are: 11164 Sumter Circle, Bloomington, MN 55438 and 10156 Irwin Rd., Bloomington, MN 55437 as personal representatives of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Unless objections are filed with the Court (pursuant to Minn. Stat. 524.3-607) and the Court otherwise orders, the personal representative has full power to administer the Estate including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.

AVAILABILITY

The South Central Workforce Council will release a Request for Proposal (RFP) on Friday, January 22nd, soliciting proposals to provide workforce development services for adults and dislocated workers under Title I of the Workforce Investment Act and State Dislocated Worker Program. The RFP is being issued for the operation of services in the nine county area of Blue Earth, Brown, Faribault, LeSueur, Martin, Nicollet, Sibley, Waseca and Watonwan Counties.
