It is Ordered and Notice is given that on August 17, 2010, at 10:30 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at Blue Earth, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the will of Decedent, dated June 4, 2008, and for the appointment of Anna Belle Wentz whose address is: 427 S. Ramsey, Blue Earth, MN 56013 and Janice Kay Sohn whose address if: 8093 415th Ave., Blue Earth, MN 56013 as personal representatives of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing.
