Blue Earth – Larry R. Jahnke was born Dec. 12, 1944, in Blue Earth, the son of Benjamin and Agnes (Mattson) Jahnke.

During this last year of hunting on Earth, Larry shot the biggest bear in Bear Camp and tagged a Minnesota moose.

Turtleman was the #2 Lifetime Member of the Minnesota Trappers’ Association, and a member of the NRA, Bear Camp and Facebook – which kept him connected to his friends and family.
