Notice of public hearing and intent to consider plan to

re-establish county

commissioner districts in

accordance with Minnesota Statutes 375.01 to 375.025.

Notice is hereby given that on May 1, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., the Faribault County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at the Faribault County Courthouse Board Room, 415 North Main in Blue Earth, MN for the purpose of considering a plan to re-establish the present county commissioner district boundaries. A copy of the present plan is available for public inspection at the Faribault County Auditor-Treasurer’s office during regular hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Any citizen intending to submit a plan for consideration in the redistricting of Faribault County Commissioner Districts must do so no later than 4:30 p.m. on April 23, 2012 to the Faribault County Auditor-Treasurer.
