Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and do all necessary acts for the Estate.

Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

MAY 1, 2012

1. All members were present. The pledge of allegiance was recited.

2. Approved synopsis and official proceedings of April 17, 2012. Approved agenda of May 1, 2012.

3. Approved advertising for the position opening of County Assessor.

4. Approved Resolution 12-RB07-18 for snowmobile trail maintenance. Commissioners Groskreutz, Loveall, Roper, Warmka, and Young voted yes.

5. Approved request from S. Robbins to attend a two-day MN Association of Assessing Officers summer seminar in St. Cloud.

6. Approved changing the location of the second meeting of July 2012 to the Faribault County Fair.

7. Approved agreement with Region Nine for the development of a comprehensive land use plan at a cost of $28,421.74 and to have the contract details provided at a future meeting.

8. Adopted Resolution 12-CB-19 approving the county commissioner districts with no changes. Commissioners Groskreutz, Loveall, Roper, Warmka, and Young voted yes.

9. Approved payment bills totaling $193,932.81.

Discussion was held concerning the following:

1. B. Ripley met regarding central services business.

2. S. Johnson and Michael Swanson met regarding a feedlot permit public hearing.

3. Participants of Boy/Girl County attended the meeting.

4. MCIT Loss Control Consultant Bruce Casey met regarding insurance update.

5. Milton Steele met regarding fair board business.

6. M Stindtman met regarding soil and water business. John Constadine of Region Nine also attended.
