IMPROVEMENTS

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Blue Earth will meet in the Public Safety Meeting room at 120 S. Walnut Street at 5:05 p.m. on February 4, 2013, to consider the making of Improvement No. F12.02294 and No. F17.105756, an improvement on Third Street from TH 169 or Grove Street west one block to Walnut Street, Eleventh Street from Main Street to Moore Street, Twelfth Street from Main Street to Galbraith Street, and Highland Drive pursuant to Minn. Stat. 429.011 to 429.111. The area proposed to be assessed for such improvement is all abutting and benefitted properties by the improvement. The estimated cost of the improvement is $2,330,882. A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing. Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.

NOTICE OF

PUBLIC HEARING

The Faribault County Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at 7:30 PM in the Conference Room of the Faribault County Ag. Center, Blue Earth, Minnesota, to take public testimony and recommend to the Faribault County Board of Commissioners to adopt a new ordinance, pursuant to and consistent with the authority of Minnesota Statute 394.26(2), 1979 and otherwise in such cases provided by law.

It is the purpose of this Wastewater Pipeline Ordinance shall be to set forth a process to allow for the permitting of Waste By-Product Pipelines, that are not considered an Essential Service, while continuing to assure the health, safety and general welfare of the citizens of Faribault County.

The proposed ordinance is available to be reviewed in its entirety in the Faribault County Auditor's Office, the Faribault County Planning and Zoning Office.

All interested parties are invited to attend.
