2. Approved synopsis and official proceedings of the February 18, 2014 regular meeting.

3. Approved agenda of March 4, 2014.

4. Motion to make a separate agreement on the sale of wetland credit to the City of Blue Earth failed.

5. Accepted higher bid of $25,618.70 for a 2014 Ford Police Interceptor AWD sedan from Fairmont Ford. One other bid was received from Nelson Auto of Fergus Falls for $25,606.61. Lower bid was not taken because travel costs to pick up vehicle would be more than the difference in cost.

6. Accepted bid of $26,554.88 for a 2014 Dodge Charger AWD from Nelson Auto of Fergus Falls. One other bid was received from Militello Motors of Fairmont for $33,105.00.

7. Took from the table the consideration of Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment appointments.

PUBLIC MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 31st day of March at 3:00 p.m. The Region Nine Development Commission and the Mankato/North Mankato Area Planning Organization (MAPO) will host an open public meeting to discuss the 2015 - 2018 Area Transportation Improvement Plan (ATIP) which lists all Minnesota Department of Transportation funded projects in District 7 in those four years. A presentation discussing the ATIP will be made followed by time for questions and public comments.

The Meeting will be held in the Mankato Council Chambers of the Intergovernmental Center, 10 Civic Center Plaza, Mankato, Minnesota.
