YOU ARE NOTIFIED that default has occurred in the conditions of the following described Mortgage:

15. The time allowed by law for redemption by Mortgagor or Mortgagor's personal representatives or assigns is six (6) months after the date of sale.

16. Minn. Stat. 580.04(b) provides, "If the real estate is an owner-occupied, single-family dwelling, the notice must also specify the date on or before which the mortgagor must vacate the property if the mortgage is not reinstated under section 580.30 or the property redeemed under section 580.23." If this statute applies, the time to vacate the property is 11:59 p.m. on January 15, 2015.

REQUEST FOR BIDS

The City of Blue Earth, Minnesota is seeking bids for the purchase and removal of excess materials recovered from the Blue Earth Municipal Airport Improvement Project.

Materials are stockpiled in three distinct mounds adjacent to the airport east entrance on Highway 169 and can be accessed by the airport driveway entrance and an aggregate temporary road.

The city makes no assurance as to quantity or quality of this material and materials must be completely removed. The aggregate driveway used to access the piles must be removed and the storage site returned to a level, farmable condition. The bituminous drive and access path between the bituminous drive and the aggregate driveway must also be returned to original condition.

REQUEST FOR BIDS

The City of Blue Earth, Minnesota is seeking proposals for construction of this project as a "Design Bid Build" contract to construct a replacement for the current Public Works Shop and possible remodel of two existing structures.

To be considered, four (4) printed copies of the proposal (and one digital PDF) must be received no later than 4:00 pm on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 to the attention of the representative listed below. Suppliers and individuals requiring other than as above may purchase them. No refunds on purchased items. The Bidder is solely responsible for selection of drawing sheets and completenesss of his bid. Request may be in writing or by phone. For purchase of complete sets, drawings sheets, or specification sheets, contact the Architect's office. Documents will be sent UPS.

8.0 BID SECURITY:

Bidders shall submit certified check or Surety Bond, payable to the Owner, in amount of 5 percent of bid. Surety must be authorized to do business in State of Minnesota. Bid security to be guarantee that bidder will not withdraw bid without owner's consent. Bids to be valid for 60 days.

6.0 REJECTION:

Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive bidding informalities.

7.0 PRIOR APPROVAL:

This contract has a prior approval clause for product substitutions.

8.0 BID OPENING:

All bids received prior to the due date and time will be opened in public at the place specified in 3.0. Bid results will be made available, upon request, the day following the opening.
