Notice is hereby given that the city council of Blue Earth will meet in the Public Safety Building Meeting Room at 120 S. Walnut Street at 5:05 p.m. on October 3, 2016, to consider, and possibly adopt, the proposed assessment for Improvement No. F7.109082. Adoption by the council of the proposed assessment may occur at the hearing. The proposed roll is on file with the City Clerk and open to public inspection. The following is the area proposed to be assessed, Smith Drive from the west end to Moore Street, Moore Street from Smith Drive to Circle Drive, Circle Drive from Moore Street to Galbraith Street pursuant to Minn. Stat. 429.011 to 429.111.

In addition, this assessed area includes pavement maintenance improvements for Tanglewood Lane from the south end to Smith Drive, Oak Knoll Court from Circle Drive to Tanglewood Lane, and Meadow Lane from the west end to Oak Knoll Court.

The total amount to be assessed for the improvements is $295,870.61 and is payable in annual installments over a period of 15 years. Written or oral objections will be considered at the hearing.
