Six BEA superintendent finalists named – click here for details

Six semi-finalists for the position of BEA superintendent were named at the BEA School Board meeting on Monday night in Frost.

The six are:

Todd Burlingame, superintendent at Paynesville;

Tom Farrell, superintendent at BOLD;

Evan Gough, assistant high school principal at Red Wing;

Tami Martin, Crosslake Community Charter School director;

Greg Schmidt, superintendent at MACCRAY;

Bill Strom, superintendent at Mountain Lake.

The six will all be interviewed this Friday, Feb. 17. At the end of the interviews, three finalists will be selected. Those three will be interviewed next week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. A final candidate will be selected Thursday night.
