USC names five superintendent finalists – Click here for details
The United South Central School District announced on Monday night the five semifinalists for the superintendent position at USC.
The five are:
Keith Fleming, high school principal (Southland-Ashland);
Bradley Johnson. elementary principal, (Benson);
Tim Plath, high school principal, superintendent (Minnesota Valley Lutheran);
Barry Schmidt, principal (Butterfield-Odin);
Ted Simon, high school principal (Deer River, St. James, Maple River).
All five will be interviewed by both the School Board and a Community Committee beginning at 4 p.m. on this Thursday, March 3.
That evening the board is expected to narrow the five down to two finalists.
