Blue Earth — Larry LaMont, age 56, of Blue Earth, died March 3, 2008, at his home.

Funeral services were held March 6, 2008, at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Blue Earth, with Father Mark McNea officiating. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Blue Earth. Patton Funeral Home and Cremation Service was in charge of arrangements.

He was born July 30, 1951, in Blue Earth, the son of Raymond and Florence (Schwab) LaMont.

Larry is survived by his wife, Sue LaMont of Blue Earth, his daughter, Lindsay LaMont of Blue Earth, his sisters, Mary Jane (Neil) Taylor of Blue Earth, Janice (Dennis) Heenan of Blue Earth, Deb LaMont of Blue Earth, his brothers, Dick (Donna) LaMont of Blue Earth, Darren (Julie) Lefebvre of Apple Valley, his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Gary (Glenny) Jones of Hibbing, his brothers-in-law, Paul Jones of Nevada, Iowa, Steve Jones of Park Rapids.
