Lillie (Jenkins) Holbrook, 91

Minnesota Lake — Lillie (Jenkins) Holbrook, age 91, formerly of Minnesota Lake, died March 5, 2008, at St. Lukes Lutheran Care Center in Blue Earth.

Her memorial ceremony was March 15, 2008 at Peace United Church of Christ in Minnesota Lake with Pastor Susan Cline officiating. Burial will be at a later date.

She was born Jan. 21, 1917 on a farm in Bancroft, Iowa to Amos G. and Alice (Cutler) Jenkins.

She is survived by her children: Eloise (George) Woitas of Minnesota Lake, Clyde (Barbara) Smith of Austin, Texas, Dennis (Gloria) Smith of Anchorage, Alaska; step-children: Sharon Mann of Mankato and Randy (Susan) Holbrook of Walla Walla, Wash.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the local food shelf of the Mayo Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center: Northwest Clinic, 662 Building, Rochester, MN.
