C. LeRoy Dahle, 87

Kiester — Carl “LeRoy” Dahle, age 87, of Kiester, died Aug. 22, 2008, at the Albert Lea Medical Center in Albert Lea. Funeral Services were held Aug. 30, 2008 at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Kiester. Pastor Dick Steffen officiated and burial was in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Scarville, Iowa.

Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Wells was in charge of arrangements.

Carl “LeRoy” Dahle was born Sept. 15, 1920 in ‘Little Chicago’, Norway Township, Winnebago county, Iowa the son and only child of John W. and Mable Hanson Dahle.

LeRoy is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Jeanette, daughters Janice (Ron) Buhmann of Boulder, Colo. and Carolyn (Gene) Mueller of Alexandria.
