Gladys R. (Whitehead) Lovett, 95

Amboy — Gladys R. (Whitehead) Lovett, age 95, of Amboy died Sept. 6, 2008, at the United Hospital, Blue Earth.

Memorial services were held Sept. 9, 2008, at the First Presbyterian Church in Amboy, Rev. Mike Goodwin officiated. Burial was in Pleasant View Cemetery, Amboy. Spencer-Owen Funeral Home of Winnebago was in charge of arrangements.

She was born June 13, 1913, at Amboy, the daughter of William and Leila (Day) Benton.

She is survived by her eight grandchildren and sister Thelma Wittman of Escondido, Calif.

Memorials are preferred to the donor’s choice.
