Joan Weelborg, 75

Winnebago — Joan Weelborg, age 75, of Winnebago, died Dec. 7, 2008, at St. Mary’s Hospital, Rochester.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Dec. 13, 2008, at 1 p.m., at the Lutheran Church of Our Savior in Winnebago. Rev. Ronald Jobe officiated. Burial was in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Watertown, S.D.

Spencer-Owen Funeral Home of Winnebago was in charge of arrangements.

She was born March 28, 1933, at Naples, S.D., the daughter of John L. and Mable A. (Benett) Hubbard.

She is survived by her daughter Karen (fiance Larry Olson) Strub of Winnebago and son Terry (Karen) Weelborg of Grand Meadow.

Memorials are preferred to St. Luke’s Lutheran Care Center in Blue Earth.
