Marlene M. Hanson, 73

Plymouth — Marlene M. Hanson, age 73, of Plymouth, passed away at home with family and husband Ron by her side on March 18, 2009. Her funeral was March 21 at Holy Nativity Lutheran Church in New Hope. Interment was at Gethsemane Mausoleum.

She was born Dec. 13, 1935, in Bricelyn. Marlene and husband Ron were high school sweethearts and partners in marriage for over 55 years. Her devotion to family, faith and unconditional love was an example for all.

She is survived by her husband, Ron; son, David (Tricia) Hanson; daughters, Debra (Tim Formo) Hanson and Susan (Paul) More; daughter-in-law, Robin Hanson; grandchildren, Krista (Chris) Monyhan, Erin Hanson, A.J. More, Jared More, Cara Hanson and Daniel Hanson; great-grandson, William Hanson; brother, Roger (Eileen) Johnson; sister, Karen (Paul) Berkeland; nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her son, Paul; parents, Arthur and Waive Johnson, and brother, Ronnie.
