Jose Martinez, 48

Blue Earth — Jose Martinez, age 48, of Blue Earth, died May 29, 2009, at Albert Lea Medical Center as a result of injuries sustained in a motorcycle crash. Funeral services were held June 4, 2009 at Bethel Evangelical Free Church in Fairmont. Rev. Tim Dahlin officiated. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Blue Earth.

He was born July 11, 1960, at Amacuzac, Morelos, Mexico, the son of Jose Martinez-Avila and Angelia Navidad-Delgado.

Jose is survived by his wife, Concepcion Martinez of Blue Earth, his sons, Jose (Helen) Martinez, Jr., Isaac Martinez, his daughters, Cinthya Martinez, Jenifer (Juan) Martinez-Limon, Josselyn Martinez all of Blue Earth, his brothers: Onofre Martinez, Feliciano Martinez, Brigido Martinez-Ocampo, Benito Martinez all of Mexico, and his sisters Maria Martinez of Mexico & Bertha Martinez of Texas, and his four grandchildren.
