Marianne Margarethe Lee-Dietz, 87

Winnebago — Marianne Lee-Dietz, age 87, of Winnebago, formerly of Bricelyn, died June 3, 2009, at the Oaklawn Care Center in Mankato. Funeral services were held June 6, 2009, at the First United Methodist Church in Winnebago. Rev. Lora Sturm officiated. Burial was in Bricelyn Lutheran Cemetery, Bricelyn. Spencer-Owen Funeral Home, Inc. was in charge of arrangements.

Marianne was born on March 24, 1922, in Bricelyn, the daughter of Jorgen and Jennie (Holland) Almlie.

Marianne is survived by her son, Jim (Julie) Lee of Las Vegas, Nev., daughters, Karria Larson of Brooklyn Park, and Ann (Marlowe) Hanson of Mankato, six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one sister-in-law Dorothy Gage of Mankato.
