Alvin Martin Boeck, 88

North Mankato — Alvin Martin Boeck, age 88, of North Mankato, formerly of Amboy died Oct. 8, 2009 at North Point Assisted Living in North Mankato. Funeral services were held Oct. 13, 2009 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Amboy. Rev. Vance Milbrath officiated. Burial was in St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery, Amboy.

Spencer-Owen Funeral Home assisted the family.

Alvin was born on Dec. 8, 1920 in rural Amboy to Henry and Johanna (Wollchlager) Boeck.

Alvin is survived by his wife Genevieve of North Mankato; three daughters, Jane Schreader of Mankato, Delores (Eugene Wee) Boeck of Warence, Kan., and Deborah (Paul) Young of North Mankato; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one brother, Gerhard Boeck of Winnebago.
