Armstrong — Phyllis L. Owens, age 90 of Armstrong, Iowa, formerly of Blue Earth, died Nov. 18, 2009 at her residence in Armstrong.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 24, at 1 p.m. at Patton Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Blue Earth, with burial to follow in Riverside Cemetery, Blue Earth. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
