Cleo D. McCreary, 81

Winnebago — Cleo D. McCreary, age 81, of Winnebago, died Dec. 17, 2009, at the United Hospital District in Blue Earth.

Memorial services were held Dec. 21, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Winnebago, with Rev. Ronald Jobe officiating. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Winnebago.

Cleo was born July 27, 1928, in Delavan Township, the son of Garth and Edna (Parcel) McCreary. He graduated from Delavan High School in 1947.

Cleo was united in marriage to Patricia J. Jensen on Aug. 12, 1952.

Cleo is survived by his wife, Patti McCreary, of Winnebago, twin sons, Garry (Cheryl) McCreary, of Plymouth, and Larry (Jan) McCreary, of Faribault, daughters, Paula (John) Lubitz, of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Pamela (Gary) Young, of Eden Prairie, seven grandsons and three granddaughters.
