Allan “Shorty” Busch, 80

Elmore — Allan “Shorty” Busch, age 80, of Elmore died at St. Luke’s Lutheran Care Center in Blue Earth on Jan. 22, 2010.

Funeral services were held Jan. 27, 2010, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Elmore. Rev. Dale Kohrs officiated. Burial was in Riverview Cemetery in Elmore.

Allan “Shorty” Wayne Busch, the son of August and Frieda (Gelhaus) Busch, was born May 22, 1929 on the family farm near Ledyard, Iowa.

Shorty leaves to mourn his three children, Rick (Dianna) Busch, of Mocksville, N.C.; Kaylyn (Brad) Pick, of Le Mars, Iowa; and Scott (Karen) Busch, of Blue Earth; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
