Frank Howard Voges, 68

Sioux Falls, S.D. — “Frankie” was born on Oct. 15, 1941, in Slayton, to Charles J. and Avis (Cochran) Voges.

Surrounded by his loving family, Frank passed away on Feb. 12, 2010, at Sanford Medical Center, Sioux Falls, S.D., at the age of 68.

Funeral Services were held Feb. 19, 2010, at the United Methodist Church in Slayton. Interment was at Hillside Cemetery, Lake Wilson.

Survivors include his wife, Esther Voges; mother and stepfather, Avis and Ellsworth Heyen, of Fulda; five children, Dawn (Denny) Schroeder, of Tracy, Brian (Shannon) Voges, of Sioux Falls, T.J. (Krista) Voges, of Morris, Mike (Danette) Saur, of Sioux Falls, and Crystal (Kevin) Dahle, of Sioux Falls; nine grandchildren, and numerous stepchildren and stepgrandchildren through his current marriage; two brothers, Bill (Judy) Voges, of Bridge-water, S.D., and Jim (Janet) Voges, of Slayton; three sisters, Marilyn DiGiulio, of Sioux Falls, Nancy Heyen, of Sioux Falls and Julie (Steve) Vincent, of Alexandria.
