Milton T. Tenneson, 75

Frost — Milton Thomas Tenneson, age75, of Frost, died Feb. 25, 2010 at his home. Funeral Services were held March 1, 2010 at Bethany Lutheran Church in rural Frost. The Rev. Patricia Hinkie officiated and burial was in the church cemetery. Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Bricelyn was in charge of arrangements.

Milton Thomas Tenneson was born in Hennepin County on July 29, 1934, the son of Arthur and Sevrena (Thompson) Tenneson. Milton attended school at Frost. On Feb. 22, 1959 he married Grace Klinder in Blue Earth.

Milton was a life long member of Bethany Lutheran Church in rural Frost. He farmed all his life near Frost and he loved it. He retired from farming in 1995, due to rheumatoid arthritis. He enjoyed collecting and fixing old clocks and reading. He also enjoyed being with his family. When Milton went to town he would take his faithful dog Jake with him in the pickup. Milton and his wife enjoyed traveling, and have been to all the states.

Milton is survived by his wife, Grace; two sons, Art (Doreen) Tenneson, of Frost and Mel (Melissa) Tenneson, of Meridian, Idaho; two grandchildren, Melissa and Jordan. He is also survived by his sister, Gloria Vandal, of Rochester; sister-in-law, Joni Klinder, of Blue Earth; and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
