Proposals must be received in the Business Office at Human Services of Faribault and Martin Counties no later than Thursday, August 5, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. A sealed copy of all quotations should be sent to Ochs, Inc., agent of record. No formal opening of proposals will occur.
Human Services of Faribault and Martin Counties reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to make an award which is deemed most favorable and advantageous to the employees and the FMCHS regardless of whether or not such quotation is lowest.

Applicant requests a Conditional Use Permit for an earthen manure storage structure in an A-2 General Agriculture District located in the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4), Section 32, Township One Hundred Two (102) North, Range Twenty-four (24) West, Foster Township, Faribault County, Minnesota.

5. Awarded the bid for SAP 22-606-16 to replace Bridge No. 7161 to Duininck Inc. for $1,085,259.42 contingent upon approval by the Civil Rights Office of Minnesota Department of Transportation. Three other bids were received: $1,118,840.10 from Structural Specialties, $1,163,655.00 from Minnowa Construction, and $1,516.999.00 from S. M. Hentges & Sons Inc.
6. Approved request from K. Boettcher to attend a one-day training for medication delivery and inmate illnesses in Worthington.
7. A drainage workshop was held.
8. Approved payment of bills totaling $134,597.58.
