Margaret T. Trembley, 98
Blue Earth – Margaret Teresa Schimek Trembley, age 98, of Blue Earth and formerly of Easton, died Nov. 25, 2010, at St. Luke’s Lutheran Care Center, in Blue Earth.
Mass of Christian Burial was held Nov. 29, 2010, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, in Easton. The Rev. Mark McNea officiated and burial was in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Cemetery, in Easton. Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home, in Wells, was in charge of arrangements.
Margaret Teresa was born Jan. 2, 1912, to George and Christina (Timmerman) Schimek, in Easton. On June 10, 1936, she married Raymond Ambrose Trembley, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, in Easton.
Margaret and Raymond farmed in the Delavan area until retiring and moving into Easton in 1974. She enjoyed quilting and was a member of Catholic Daughters. In 1997, she moved to Blue Earth. Margaret loved spending time with her nieces and nephews and their families. Out of the 14 children of George and?Christina Schimek, Margaret was the last surviving.
Margaret is survived by her nieces and nephews and their families.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Raymond “Bob” in 1991; seven brothers, George, Frederick, Joseph, Bernard, Louis, Henry and Leo; six sisters, Ida, Anna, Rose, Emma, Mary and Teresa.
