Lenore E. Hansen, 88

Blue Earth Lenore E. Hansen, age 88, of Blue Earth, died Saturday, July 7, 2012, at St. Luke’s Lutheran Care Center.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, July 18, 2012, at 2 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Blue Earth, with Rev. Dale Kohrs officiating. Burial will be Thursday, July 19, 2012, at 10:35 a.m. in Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis. Visitation time will be one hour before the service at the church.

She was born Jan. 18, 1924, at Eureka, S.D., the daughter of Karl and Christine (Hieb) Werner.

She is survived by her daughter, Ann (Al) Gross, of Blue Earth; sons, Carl (Liz) Hansen, of Hartsel, Colo., James (Pat) Hansen, of Bloomington, and Robert (Sharon) Hansen, of Burnsville; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
