Virginia Quist

Richfield Virginia Quist (Sasse) went peacefully into the loving arms of our Lord, husband Jerry, and loved ones, Vernie, Harley, Jean and many others on Dec. 11, 2012.

She was born in Blue Earth on Dec. 22, 1933. She moved to Minneapolis where she met the love of her life Jerry whom she married in 1955. Her love will forever be with her children, Jeff (Toni), Jodi Byland (Gene), Jeanna McDermott, Janelle Wallace (Charlie), grandchildren, Michelle, Nick, Meghan, David, Mitch, Tony, Alex, Spencer and Seleena, and great-grandchildren, Lamont and Madeline.

Virginia will always be remembered for her passion for her family and her kind, loving and gentle nature to everyone she met.

Memorial Service was held Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012, at Gill Brothers Funeral Home at 5801 Lyndale Ave. South, Minneapolis. Following the service a planned 80th birthday party was then a life celebration in her building at 6615 Lake Shore Drive in Richfield.
