Shirley Honken, 87

Blue Earth Shirley Honken, age 87, died at home on Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012, after an extended illness. She was born Aug. 1, 1925, to Robert and Mabel Warren, of Windom.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard. She has four children: Jennie (Ed) Flynn, of Elmore, Bob, of Blue Earth, Alan (Linda), of Lone Rock, Iowa, and Vickie Knight, of Fairmont.

She has 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Services will be at a later date and burial will be at Graceland Cemetery at Buffalo Center, Iowa.
