Jean A. Stensland, 84

Blue Earth Jean Ann Stensland, born Feb. 26, 1929, in Fairmont, passed away March 3, 2013, in Los Lunas, N.M.

Celebration of Life will be held Friday, May 24, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Patton Funeral Home in Blue Earth. Patton Funeral Home & Cremation Service of Blue Earth is assisting the family with the arrangements.

Jean (Skagerberg) Stensland married George on June 7, 1947, in Blue Earth. They lived in the area for over 50 years before moving to Chandler, Ariz., in 2001. After George passed away, she moved to Los Lunas with her son, Tom.

Jean is survived by her son, Tom (Priscilla) Stensland, of Los Lunas; and daughters, Judy Hinrichsen, and Gloria Curtis, of Yelm, Wash.

Jean is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; three son-in-laws; three brothers-in-law; and two sisters-in-law.
