Hazel E. Olsen, 93

Kiester Hazel Ellen Olsen, age 93, of Kiester, died Tuesday, Dec.15, 2015, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato. A funeral service was held Saturday, Dec. 19, 2015, at Grace United Methodist Church, in Kiester, the Rev. Cherie Daniel officiated. Interment was at Fairview Cemetery in Kiester Township.

Hazel is survived by her children, Marcella (Barry) Kapplinger, of Kiester, Patricia (Roger) Hamson, of Kiester, Larry (Diane) Olsen, of St. Cloud, Sharon (Larry) Johnson, of Rochester, and Gloria (David) Pederson, of Kiester; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Maxine Olsen, of Port Orchard, Washington; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and their families.
