George R. Nichols, 41

Winnebago George Rufine Nichols of Winnebago, known to many as “Nicho,” died Aug. 25, 2016 at 41 years of age.

George was born Easter Sunday, March 30, 1975 in Blue Earth to Carol Lee (Goraczkowski) Richards and Paul Leslie Nichols.

He is survived by his two children, daughter, Alexys Jo Nichols; son, Trystan Gaberiel Nichols; and one granddaughter; his mother, Carol; sisters, Stacy (Goraczkowski) Rider, Melenie (Richards) Miller and Ashley Nichols; brother, Gaberiel Richards, their spouses and partners; his many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, and a host of family members and friends.

Memorial visitation was held on Oct. 22, 2016, at the First United Methodist Church in Winnebago.
