Adele worked at the Mother Francis Nursing Home, then went to work as a cook at Immanuel-St. Joseph Hospital until retiring. She enjoyed cooking and couldn’t stay retired, going back to work for Horizon Homes. It was a job she really loved, she was always talking about the clients and staff. Even after retiring again she was always talking about going back to Horizon Homes to work cause she missed the staff and clients.
They sold there home in Mankato and moved to St. Peter. To be closer to their daughters. Adele really loved her home on third street and really missed it when they had to move for health reasons.
Adele was a welcoming woman always bringing out the cookies or goodies whenever a person dropped by. She enjoyed cooking, crocheting, listening to music singing along with the songs, and visiting family and friends, especially all of the grandkids.
