Samuel A. Matteson, 63

Elmore Samuel A. Matteson, age 63, of Blue Earth, died Thursday, June 14, 2018, at St. Mary’s in Rochester.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2018, at 2 p.m., at Patton Funeral Home in Blue Earth, Pastor Jan Redman officiated. Burial was in Medo Cemetery, Medo Township. Visitation time was one hour before the service, at Patton Funeral Home. Web tributes may be left at www.pattonfh.com

Samuel was born Dec. 18, 1954, in Litchfield, the son of James and Fern (Fenske) Matteson.

Samuel is survived by his special friend, Helen Allen, of Blue Earth; brother, Ken (Ruth) Matteson, of Bertha; sister, Linda (Tom) Taylor, of Blue Earth.

Samuel is preceded in death by his parents.
