Jerald S. Eilertson, 97

Kiester Jerald Signor Eilertson, age 97, of Kiester, died Sunday, Aug. 23, 2020 at St. Luke’s Lutheran Care Center in Blue Earth. A private funeral service was held, Pastor Bob Stover officiated. A public graveside service was held Friday, Aug. 28, 2020 at Our Saviors Lutheran Church Cemetery in Kiester, with Military honors accorded by Kiester American Legion Post #454. Jerald is survived by his wife, Mardelle Eilertson, of Kiester; children: John (Nancy) Eilertson, of Kiester, Paul (Rondell) Eilertson, of Bricelyn, and Sonja Eilertson, of Mankato; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; his sister-in-law; along with many nieces, nephews and their families.
