Joseph Hernandez, 51

Albert Lea – Joseph “Big Joe” Hernandez of Albert Lea, passed away Dec. 17, 2020 at the age of 51. Joe was born Aug. 3, 1969 in Winnebago, and graduated from Blue Earth Area high School in 1988. 

Due to Covid-19 restrictions the family was unable to hold a funeral at that time and will now have a short graveside prayer service at 12 p.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Winnebago, Saturday, May 15, followed by a Celebration of Life reception from 12:30-3 p.m. at Winnebago City Hall. Come share your memories of Joe and celebrate the joy he brought to our lives.
