Sandra M. Droeger, 83

(Formerly of Blue Earth) – Sandra Marie (Erdahl) Droeger passed away on Sept. 28, 2023. She was born on March 28, 1940, to Rudy and Doris Erdahl, “Sandy” grew up in Blue Earth, graduating with the class of 1958.

She was first married to Glen Sohn and gave birth to a son, Scott, who was lost to SIDS in his first few months. After moving to the Twin Cities, she met her second husband, Horst Droeger. They moved to Boulder, Colorado where she gave birth to their son, Jay. She worked with the local school district and lived out the rest of her years in Colorado. She was fortunate enough to travel the globe in all sorts of exciting adventures. In the end, she succumbed to Alzheimer’s disease but passed peacefully with loved ones at her bedside.

Sandra was survived by her sister, Angela Erdahl, of Fairmont; brother, Robert Erdahl, of St. Cloud; and by her son and daughter-in-law, Jay and Sarah Droeger.
