Catherine Schroeder, 81

Easton – Catherine (Cathy) Schroeder, age 81, of Easton, MN died Sunday, Feb. 2, 2025, at Ingleside Assisted Living in Fairmont, MN. Services will be held at a later date and the interment will be held privately.  In Lieu of flowers, memorials can be given in her memory to UHD Hospice in Blue Earth. Please see nasinecfh.com to leave online condolences.

Cathy was born Jan. 27, 1944, to Francis and Edna Tetzloff. She married Harold (Sonny) Schroeder on Feb. 2, 1963, in Mankato. Cathy worked at Telex in Blue Earth for many years. She enjoyed listening to Elvis and country music, she also loved watching western movies, any movie with John Wayne was her favorite. 

She is preceded in death by her husband, Sonny; her parents; sister, Maggie (Gerald) Splett; and brother, Mike Tetzloff. 

Cathy is survived by her children: Lisa Schroeder of Rake, IA, Lonny (Shannon) Schroeder of Easton, Mark (Lisa) Schroeder of Ham Lake; grandchildren: Brandon Schroeder, Courtney Barbosa, Collin Blackstad (Jessica Barg), Andy (Rachel) Schroeder, Bryanna (Troy) Sonnek, Max Schroeder, Samantha Schroeder; great-grandchildren: Tucker and Trace Schroeder; Luciana, Alicia, Emily and Carolos Barbosa, Ethan Fickett, Avery and Sawyer Schroeder; siblings: Ann Tetzloff of Williston, ND and Allen Tetzloff of Mankato; and many nieces and nephews.
