Approved synopsis and official proceedings of February 7, 2012. Approved agenda of February 21, 2012. 3. Accepted resignation of Brenda Harpestad in the Adult Probation office effective March 30, 2012. 4. Approved Faribault County Veterans van policy. 5. Approved Resolution 12-CB-09 opposing the closing of the Waseca County Farm Service Agency office. Commissioners Groskreutz, Loveall, Roper, Warmka, and Young voted yes. 6. Approved a $6,377.66 SSTS loan to Jerome Roiger of Winnebago on Parcel No. 18.003.0900. 7. Set April 12, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. for bid letting for paving of County Roads 16, 30, and 59 (Walters). 8. Approved training request of R. Perrizo to attend a three-day MN County Highway Accountants conference in Bemidji; S. Determan to attend a one-day data practices training in Faribault; J.
