The South Central WorkForce Council will release a Request for Proposal (RFP) on Friday, January 15th, soliciting proposals to provide workforce development services for adults and dislocated workers under Title I of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act and State Dislocated Worker Program. The RFP is being issued for the operation of services in the nine county area of Blue Earth, Brown, Faribault, LeSueur, Martin, Nicollet, Sibley, Waseca and Watonwan Counties.
