YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT:

1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated January 30, 2004, executed by BRUCE J. TONN, a single person, (“Mortgagor”), to WELLS FEDERAL BANK, fsb, (“Mortgagee”), and recorded on February 3, 2004, as Document Number 326101, in the Office of the County Recorder of Faribault County, Minnesota.

2. The Mortgage has been assigned as follows: No assignments.

3. The original principal amount secured by the Mortgage was: $41,000.00

4. No action or proceeding at law is now pending to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof.

2. Approved synopsis and official proceedings of the February 19, 2008 regular meeting.

3. Approved agenda of March 4, 2008

4. Approved the Basic Emergency Management Plan on file in the Sheriff’s Department.

5. Approved request from D. Amundson to attend a one-day wheelchair lift and tie down training in Hinkley; T. Campbell to attend the three-day Governor’s Homeland Security and Emergency Management conference in Brooklyn Park.

6. Authorized advertising for part-time seasonal help in the Public Works Department.

7. Approved hiring Darrel Peterson of Blue Earth as a part-time transit driver effective March 4, 2008.

8. Approved Resolution 08-RB2-06 approving final payment on SAP 22-261-19 and SP 2212-26 of $62,429.02 to Ulland Brothers. Commissioners Groskreutz, Loveall, Steier, and Warmka voted yes.

9. Accepted resignation of Krista Forster as the Emergency Preparedness Assistant (B21) in the Sheriff office.

10. Approved advertising in-house for the B21 Secretary/Emergency Assistant position in the Sheriff office.

11. Approved the support of a grant from the Faribault County Soil and Water office to organize a weed management group.

12. Approved an extension of three weeks to the contractor on the CD 301 project.

13. Approved payment of bills totaling $449,169.77.

Discussion was held concerning the following:

2. Extension Regional Director Nathan Crane met regarding office business.

3. B. Ripley met regarding central services business.
