ORDINANCE NO. 09-03

CITY OF BLUE EARTH

AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL CERTAINPROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 10

OF THE BLUE EARTH

CITY CODE AUTHORIZING SPECIAL USE PERMITS

The City Council of the City of Blue Earth do ordain as follows:

SECTION I

The City Council hereby amends Subsection 1000.06 – Definitions, by revoking and repealing Subdivision 76 defining “special use” in its entirety and renumbering the remaining subdivisions therein in the appropriate numerical order.

SECTION II

The City Council hereby amends Section 1010 by revoking and repealing Subsection

1010.11 – Special Use Permits in its entirety and renumbering the remaining Subsections in Section 1010 in the appropriate numerical order.

SECTION III

This Ordinance shall not be effective until thirty (30) days after its passage and publication.
