Notice is hereby given that supplier and contractor bids will be received for the furnishing of labor, materials, equipment and skills required for:
United Hospitals District New Adolescent Treatment Center, Winnebago Minnesota. Project shall be constructed in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by Hammel, Green and Abrahamson, Inc., Architects and Engineers.
Sealed stipulated sum bids will be received at the Classroom of the United Hospital District, 515 South Moore Street, Blue Earth, Mn, 56013 until 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, July 7th, 2009, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read. Those delivering bids in person at this date and time should use the Moore Street entrance.

NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR
PURCHASE OF HOUSE TO BE MOVED
United Hospital District seeks bids for the purchase of the house located at 520 S. Moore St., Blue Earth, MN to be removed from it’s present location on or before August 20, 2009. All removal costs and liabilities shall be paid for by the buyer. The buyer shall provide United Hospital District prior to commencing the removal of the house proof of liability insurance covering the removal, which coverage is acceptable to the Hospital District. The sale shall include all personal property owned by United Hospital District located in the building. The United Hospital District shall be responsible for all costs associated with the removal of the basement material and for back filling.
The sale of the house shall be “AS IS”

Upon opening the bids the United Hospital District shall be entitled to contact any bidder and to inform such bidder of the amount of the highest bid, to determine if such bidder wishes to raise their bid. Bidders so contacted may raise their bid. The Hospital District will then decide if it will accept any of the bids made. If a bid is accepted the United Hospital District and the prevailing bidder shall enter into a purchase agreement providing for 10% of the purchase price to be paid down at the time of signing and the balance shall be due on or before August 1, 2009. A bill of sale for the home will be given to the purchaser at the time of closing.
