1. Commissioners Erichsrud, Groskreutz, Roper and Warmka were present. Commissioner Loveall was absent. The pledge of allegiance was recited.
2. Approved synopsis and official proceedings of June 2, 2009.
3. Approved agenda of June 16, 2009.
4. Approved advertising for bids to overlay CSAH 2 from TH 169 to west county line and to schedule the bid opening for 11:00 a.m. on July 15, 2009.
5. Adopted Resolution 09-RB1-14 to implement County State Aid street projects in 2009 which will require an advance from the State Aid Construction Account. Commissioners Erichsrud, Groskreutz, Roper, and Warmka voted yes.
6. Set July 23, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. for opening bids on the Wells Depot Restoration.
7. Approved request from D. Sundquist to attend a 5-day United Council on Welfare Fraud conference in St. Paul.
8. Approved an increase to assessing fees by $1.00 per parcel per the recommendation of the County Assessor.
9. Approved hiring Joe Udermann of Winnebago for the appraiser position in the County Assessor’s office effective June 29, 2009.
10. Approved a classification change for Kathy Anderson to B-3-2 Chief Deputy Treasurer.
11. Approved the following SSTS loans: $9,501.04 to Dorothy Sabin on Parcel No. 17.032.0100 in Seely Township; $9,066.80 to Herbert and Ada Matz on Parcel No. 09.015.0900 in Foster Township; $9,265.84 to Barron Weber on Parcel No. 16.023.0700 in Rome Township; $9,873.62 to Curt and LeShaine Sonnek on Parcel No. 01.022.0200 in Barber Township; $13,420.00 to T. Lemmer and P. Hassing on Parcel No. 04.035.0101 in Clark Township; and $7,151.11 to Chris and Shannon Albers on Parcel No. 04.013.0501 in Clark Township.
12. Approved the purchase of a copy machine and maintenance agreement from Metro Sales for $7,394 plus tax.
13. Approved payment of bills totaling $503,439.21.
