YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT:

1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated March 19, 2007, executed by Joseph P. Glozik, a single man, as Mortgagor, to Wells Fargo Financial Minnesota, Inc., as Mortgagee, and filed for record April 16, 2007, as Document No. 339957, which mortgage was re-recorded on May 23, 2007 as Document No. 340408 to correct the legal description, in the office of the County Recorder of Faribault County, Minnesota.
